Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning Machine
Modern diesel vehicles are equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) that, over time, will become clogged due to various factors.diesel particulate filter cleaning machine The DPF must be cleaned in order to restore proper regeneration and maintain vehicle warranty.
TORALIN’s DPF cleaning machine has been developed to save garage owners time and money by providing a cost-effective solution to cleaning clogged DPF filters. The TORALIN DPF cleaning system is computer controlled and uses a unique water-based DPF cleaner to dislodge soot, ash, carbon impurities & residue particles from the internal structure of the DPF.
The TORALIN DPF cleaning process does not require the disassembly of the DPF like many other competing systems, allowing it to be used on vehicles with oddly-shaped DPF filters that cannot be cleaned with traditional methods such as cutting and welding. The DPF cleaning process can also be completed in one day, minimizing downtime and service costs.
TORALIN is the safest, fastest and most economical DPF Cleaning System available for cars, light, medium and heavy duty trucks, buses and stationary engines with a built-in DPF. The TORALIN system utilizes a unique water based DPF cleaner that sprays directly inside the DPF and dissolves the soot, ash and carbon impurities in the internal DPF chamber. The TORALIN DPF cleaner is then flushed out of the filter with 600 gallons of recirculated clean water through a dual-filter system.
The resulting clean filter is returned to the customer with the airflow test results, pin testing and inspection marks printed on a custom receipt ensuring that all services have been performed. The TORALIN DPF cleaning system provides the ideal solution for those looking to enter the DPF cleaning market or those wanting to increase their current capacity and capabilities with a cost effective, fast, safe and profitable DPF Cleaning System.
