A compact and energy-efficient batch PCB cleaner that can accommodate small-scale, multi-type pcba cleaning operations. It automates the entire cleaning, rinsing, and drying process within its clean chamber with a single start key push and is capable of removing SMT/through-hole technology (THT) residues such as rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux, solder paste, and various organic and inorganic contaminants.

A chemical isolation section utilizes 10HP air blowers and adjustable air knives to separate different cleaning stages, preventing cross-contamination and delivering consistent results. The rinsing section includes pre-rinse, rinse, and final spray stages with adjustable spray manifolds to achieve high efficiency. The system also recycles and filters water to reduce consumption and waste, and conductivity monitoring ensures high cleanliness for sensitive electronics manufacturing.
